Holy carp! Thats expensive dried egg! I have used this company http://internationalegg.co.uk/baking_egg_powder.html and highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced and provide good service and their product is top quality. I have used it for baking, scrambling and omlettes, there's little difference between it and shop eggs.

Honeyville don't post to UK I'm afraid. As yet, a uk supplier of powdered fats has eluded me!

You can substitute sunflower or veg oil for butter or marg in a cake. I have saved recipes from this site. http://www.yummly.com/recipes/vegetable-oil-cake

Oils will keep much longer and can be rotated out into your regular food cupboard.
