Another from N.Ireland

Post by jimmyd76 »

Hi all my names james and i live 8 mile outside of Belfast. I haven't started prepping yet but do intend to just after new year and my wife is on the same wave length as me. We are waiting for the end of the world this year when Mayan calender ends in December. If that doesn't happen then we will start to prepare for global meltdown. I have plans to clean out my attic and put shelves up and store most things up there. I just remembered i bought 3 2 litre bottles water yesterday lol 17p each out of tesco think i will need a lot more of them lol as we have 3 small children. We tend to bunk in wtshtf so next week myself and our 2 boys are going to start archery lessons as this will be a good silent way of defence as there are a lot of guns in N.Ireland. Looking forward for good ideas from reading this forum thanks and good luck

Hello and welcome to the forum.

As you read you will notice that we steer clear of :tinfoil conspiracy theories and such like. Most of us are prepping for economic issues, such as unemployment and rising food prices, as well as bad/unpredictable weather.

Would it not be a wee bit more useful to prep for unemployment or bad weather?
