Asda are selling 10kg of rock salt for £3.00!!!!! Off to fill the boot tomorrow!

I haven't seen it anywhere else for that price, unless you buy in bulk. But I don't have the room for a tonne of salt, unfortunately.

Have you tried the local builders merchants? they may well have it at reasonable rates, and often a cash sale will get you a discount.

I don't buy anything at Asda. I would rather pay more and support a local business. My local 4x4 garage has rock salt for £8.

Just checked with Jewson who are selling it for £5.09 for a 25kg bag. I would need to have it delivered, but I can get 50kg delivered for £16.08. Job done!
