Not the Essex Way

Post by Cougar »

Hi mid 30s from Essex here.
Been interested in bushcraft for a number of years and with all the economic and other risks which seem to be growing more recently I have been looking more into prepping. Been listening to TSP for about a year now but really wanted to find something with a UK slant. Looking forward the learning more from the community and asking some hard questions. :)

Hi Cougar - I'm mid 30s and in Essex too. Welcome to UKP.

TBH, I keep away from most of the USA sites, as they generally seem to be about guns 'n god - not my bag really.

Hi Red
I agree and tried out quite a few before I found one that didn't focus on God and Guns as you put it. :D Each to there own and whats right for me wouldn't suit everyone. But I like TSP because it has a lot of stuff about gardening and alternative power but also covers things like EDC and BOB's. That said I have absolutely no connection with it. Also gives me something to listen to on the slog into work on public transport.
