Just poking around and spotted that City Plumbing are now doing Plug & Play microinverters. Cheaper then Ecoflow.

There are pitching it as Plug and Play, but after finding the manufacturers site, and user manual, first DANGER caveat is.. "must be installed by a professional electrician" followed by "HoyMiles takes no responsibility for improper installation."
