These are sometimes called diabetic crisps, but can be made into any you like
Boil up a sheet of lasagneuntil pliable and cooked
cut into squares
brush with olive oil or spray with low fat cooking spray such as low cal
put into hot oven for 10 or so minutes until the crisps are puffed up
you can add salt
cheese is nice too you can get the grated parmasan in the shakable little boxes in the supermarket
