Hey all,
Have been looking into this over that few days and finding a supplier that doesn't require you to remortgage your home in the UK is not easy if you want to get these in any quantity.
Been looking at MH and others but found this and at the moment think this is not a bad buy? Plus wanted to share and also see if anyone has bought or wants to comment on this?
200 servings, 20 year self life £99 - don't know about post yet though

200 servings @ 50p each...if you were to buy the supermarket packets they would be what ? 30p to £1 each ? And a shelf life of a year, max ? Moneywise it sounds good. A hell of a lot better than the bloke who wrote the UK prepping scene article and his 900gram can of rice for 40 quid !

I'm a bit wary of their very low calorie count. They look more like snacks than meals - I may be wrong though.

Between 170 and 70 calories per serving.
Even as 'lifeboat rations'* you'd need to eat at least three portions a day
Not as good as it sounds
* Lifeboat rations assume that you do nothing except breathe and have some body fat you can lose, anything else is Starvation level

Let us know what you turn up mate, its a bit of an interest of mine, too. I have been looking at building a dehydrator, but funds are low.
I thought the old family canning machine was around somewhere but when I went to look for it I found the marquee sewing machine where I thought it was.
Nice to hear from another Norf Laandon boy while Im in exile in the Wild west !
