Is it just a case of keeping an eye open or are there any agencies that specialise in unusual properties such as bunkers, ex-MOD buildings etc?

http://uniquepropertybulletin.co.uk/ turns up all sorts of stuff including Bunkers, Martello Towers, Light houses.
