Never even heard of it before :oops: :oops: :oops: Those egg cupcakes are brilliant, thanks Plantiejo - I especially need *big* recipes like this, because even though I'm only cooking for me, I have a mini-range, and its crazy to just put one item in. So this and some flapjacks, and I'm ready to go. 8-)
Hi Arzosah, The Paleo style of eating will not be for everyone, but it works for me and I love some of the recipes. You can freeze those cupcakes too.
Last night we had Fish (chunks of Cod, Haddock & Salmon - in fact it was a fish pie mix) with Enchilada sauce and 'riced' cauliflower with Avocado and Coriander. Very filling and very healthy.

My favourite Paleo recipe books are;
Well Fed: Paleo Recipes for People Who Love to Eat by Melissa Hartwig, Melissa Joulwan and David Humphreys (15 Jul 2012)
Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook: Real Food for Real Life by Sarah Fragoso (10 Sep 2012)
They are very up-to-date and very good for those with sensitivities to Gluten, Dairy or wish to avoid certain Legumes (http://www.paleoplan.com/2011/04-27/phytates/)
They can both be found on Amazon along with many other similar books. As in other books are available :roll:

You don't need to pay for any Paleo recipes, unless you want your own book.
There are loads of sites with free information and some Apps too.
I use an App called 'FastPaleo' with loads of recipes but I can't remember if it was a free App or not (and I can't search to find out as I have it on my phone already :roll: )
