For me, and I do a lot of 'off books' work with people, it's about finding out what works for each individual. What works for one might not, necessarily, work for another. I was born near the coast, and during the 25yrs I spent away from it, missing it was a constant, almost painful thing. In the six years we've been here, half a mile from the sea, I've felt as if I've come home. I've also noticed that being here has stabilised the depression fantastically well.
