My little escape would have to be hair gel because if I look good I know I will feel good, and if I look crap I will feel it!!!

Failing that chocolate, yellow custard, sweet white wine the list could go on !!!

I have a few choices, not fixed on one yet but all have uses besides just as a treat

Dried dates, don't melt or go sticky plus you can chew them like gum or just eat them for a sugar lift

Single malt, dark rum or Southen Comfort in a metal flask (alcohol at blood heat when in your bag after a tiring day :) )

Tea..... OK, its really a staple  but I live on the stuff. Normally white and unsweetened and made from bags, at events or when space is short I use leaf (its less bulky and easier to dispose of then bags) and have been known to drink it black. Russian 'Gunpowder' is my treat tea...... I'm not an Earl Grey kinda guy
