Hello to you all from the other side of the water.

Post by CrazyDane »

I’m here since we don’t really have any sites with like minded Danes and because I need new input.

I’ve been “prepping”a few years, but don’t really think I’m what many thinks is a real prepper. Though from childhood I've been having fun living of the land and camping out with nothing but a bag pack with me.
I started my prepping by a heavy decrease in my income, so went out got a lot of greens and so on so we would not lack anything in that area, food wise. It’s kinda grew and became this new hobby to see how far I could stretch each salary and even to start saving up for more fun things in life.
I don’t make my own flour but pretty much everything we eat we make from scratch, I even got my daughter to think it’s fun and awesome to make the butter she needs when she’s baking her cakes and cookies.
For a while I’ve been looking for the perfect (for me and my daughter) place to live so we could be even more self-reliant.

Well that was a bit about me

i kinda doubt that. in many ways im only thinking food, food and more food. i should start to think about other things too. so a few years now we've been out fishing, great fun together and my daughters pride as she catches something well nothing can match it really. we eat what we catch or we gently release it again.

im only just as newb when it comes to protecting our home, if we're in a tent im more relaxed (atm that is) theres only wild animals out
