Hello to everyone,
I am 48 and live in Buckinghamshire.
I have enjoyed all the posts on the site and decided to finally join.
This last few months I have started to prep and honing up on my bushcraft skills.
My 11 year old son has had great fun lighting fires, fishing, a bit of shooting and just generally messing around outside. My wife has proved to be the best at catching fish !
Since I have started to prep which at first was met with a fair amount of ridicule we have all taken much more of an interest in the world around us.
We are looking forward to better weather and disappearing to some field on the coast with our tent and putting our skills to the test.
Thank you to everyone for great posts and I have certainly learnt a lot from this site.

If we end up as lucky as you, then its surely worth all the effort.
Enjoy your stay
