Those are great. My arthritic babies wouldn't be able to cope with it though, so muggins here will be carrying all the dogs' stuff as well!

These are the items I was thinking of putting in the bag if I can get it all in:

medication to calm the dog
pocket size first aid book for dogs
vacuum packed food
worm/flea treatment
set of foldable bowls
poop bags
doggy poncho

The idea is brilliant. Years ago in Germany money lenders put their money in a pouch around the dogs neck, it was also done by men returning from market to deter robbers. The same applies today. If you have a bad ass dog put your cash / valuables in the back pack.

Might not work for me as I have a Sprocker and she loves everyone....even the wrong'uns

Been considering this too. Means the dog can carry Thier own gear . Epic win : )

Already got one of these in Camo, I got a GSD so he can manage quite a bit of kit. I generally pack him his own basha, two 500ml bottles of water, two portable bowls, one for food one for water two tins of dog food and two freezer bags of dry dog food, with a small caribiner you can clip a small torch or cyalume light to the dog for night time walks, good idea about putting money in there.

I am sorry but I cant get this out of my head, the end of the world has happened, I have a mental picture of Martian death machines raising the the citys to the ground :tinfoil , giant fires raging out of control , people fleeing for their lives.

Death and chaos abounds

And in the middle of it lisaloolibell standing calmly with fido, Poop bag in hand
