Hi and welcome to the forum.
Wow, family of 11! Please satisfy my curiosity and give a breakdown of ages....I'm intrigued to see how prepping for 11 is all your responsibility

Welcome.
For a large family, maybe read the stuff on food preservation and storage?
Plenty of research ideas here.

Re: hi im new
hello everyone. thanks for the warm welcome!
the 11 are my family.
Myself and my husband, our four children. Two at home 17 and 6 yrs, our elder two children, their wifes and our grandchildren. (3)
My husband and I are mostly taking charge of the food and our own person safety + that of our daughter (6yrs). the elder boys are learning survival skills and our 17yr old is preparing to go into the TA and has been in army cadets since being 13 so i guess he is prepared!
