I recently found this site after doing a search and found it to be the most interesting that I have looked at. I have never joined in a forum before so here goes.
I started stocking food and supplies about twenty years ago after losing my job and decided then to never again be left without enough to live on. At that time there was no help with our mortgage and had limited unemployment benefit and as a result we had little to live on. When I got back into work, I started to build up a comprehensive supply store. It was not not until about three years ago that I even heard of preppers or being prepared in the preppers sense. Since then I have worked hard at learning and building an ever better system. Now I am wanting to learn more and share also.
