Hello all..from northeast.. out side newcastle

So i've come here as i want to up my prepping.
I do hunt all the time, shooting/ferreting/lamping with shighthounds
fishing fly/casting rod/ and netting if the SHTF... I do all this as i like to know where my meat comes from!! I am a welder/fab by trade..i work for my self so have my own workshot with everything in welding gear lathe mill and so on!!

what I'm wantng to do is buy some land out the way and drop a few shipping containers in the ground!
there is me Ho and 3 kids and 3 dogs and ferrets
I'm of the thinking we are going to run out of food and we may be hit by a big solar flare,which will knock all the power off!
