Hello from northern Ireland

Post by Jay2100 »

Hi I've been reading all the prepping posts for a wile now some I've
Herd before and some new topics I found really interesting and changed
My direction of thaught and have started to throw my self into it a lot more.

I started preparations a couple of years ago after a couple of bad winters
Started out with the basics, clothes to stay warm when after traveling home from work
Gt stuck 1 day for six hours no nothing freezing my arse off, clothes good heavy
Coat winter trousers, snow trousers, winter boots gloves hat scarf basics.

Then moved up to SWK( shi# weather kit) shovel, grip mats, jump leads, fire extinguisher,
And basic stuff which I keep in the car over winter. And then added the BOB to it that stays
In the car 365 days a year In case TSHTF I've enough stuff for me for 48 hrs cold, rain, snow
And shine

After reading some of the postes made me think more about expanding to more situations to prepare
For still planing to do more

Welcome! Thats good prepping, to start with the most expected emergencies, and ones you've actually experienced yourself, good for you :)
