Hello from Sussex

Hello to all that read this,

Like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, but hopefully I won't bore you or make you want to bug out... I have had a healthy preserve for self preservation for a far number of year. I guess back in the late 80's in the height of the cold war it often crossed my mind if the 'solds did hit the air conditioning' what would I do... So i joined the TA and for the next 5yrs I had the privilege of receiving some of the finest training all payed for by the Ministry of Defence.

In the years that followed I have studied Sports and Occupational Therapy, worked off shore and remotely as a medic, and just finished with the Ambulance Service. After seeing what can happen without warning, that sixth sense inside has steered a steady course back to being prepared for may lay ahead.

I am more than happy to share with others the little I know, and hope that I will make new friends and learn new skills.
