Mans Waist bag

Okay i know this int a fashion forum, but could i pull one of these on a day to day with out drawing too much attention. As it could go against the grey man principle but i am putting together a survival tin and need some where to put it.

At 20cm by 17cm that's big enough for a survival tin and my Sony e-reader :D

Its big enough to store my e-reader that's a valid reason for carrying it if people ask, i won't have to explain its a survival pouch. Ive been wanting a survival tin for a while now i just have no room to carry it on my person.

Plus im stuck on the colour brown or black?

Sorry but Ugh! I've got a bumbag use it when running holds two water bottles and a pouch big enough for a mobile plus bits and pieces in my case , steel fire lighter, wire saw, survival blanket and a mini compass, it's old and tatty like me. but it has lasted well and taken a few knocks, I don't know it that fashion item would!

I always laugh at the name 'fanny pack'. In our house they are called bum bags!!

That one looks quite stylish so it wouldnt look too out of place around town etc. I have a fabric black bum bag, bigger than that as it fits my SLR camera and lenses. I love being hands free and if I catch a bus/train or want to sit down I don't need to take it off so all belongings are kept close.

Go for it! At that price have one of each!!!

Would be nice to know the 3rd dimension, not mentioned anywhere in the description.

i've got a sleeveless jacket with loads of pockets in it, plenty of room to store stuff and it dosent show, not as unsightly as a waist or bum bag...bought in my local market for £15.

after some of the 90's disasters I thought never been seen with a "bumbag" however I use a secure bumbag when i'm traveling its a slimline bag that has a thin steel cable though the webbing belt, & with the fashion for wearing shirts un-tucked its invisible when worn under a shirt & keeps my passport, docs & cash out of sight

if your going to get one, get one made from cordura, the plastic ones will makes you sweat, will cause anything in them to sweat & the plastic will go brittle over time.
