I'm currently in the process of moving to London for work which I'm quite uneasy about. I'm entertaining the idea of living in a carvan to make myself more mobile and reduce my living costs
I guess prepping is in my blood, I was always prepared for what-ifs as a kid and my Dad loves comm's and getting out in the wild for weeks. I hated it as a teen but now I'm concerned about brownouts, inflation etc and I'm regularly picking his brains as I have so much to learn. I'm currently reading anything I can get my hands on and working on foraging, homeopathy, brewing, my strength and confidence in wooded areas. I used to love it but have gotten quite anxious and skittish in the last few years.
In the next year or two I want to learn self defence, basic handy plumbing/building type stuff (like I said, a lot to learn!), how to drive (asap) and keep hoarding money, not handbags, so I can buy a bit of land.
Thanks for having me!
