Negative Supplier feedback

Sharing this with you from P2S. I have no experience with this company.

Just thought I would pass on my experiences with this company as it haven't been good!! I placed an order for a few bits and pieces on the Thursday before Easter 5th of April really early in the morning pre 8am website say all items were in stock when I placed the order and would be dispatched within 48 hours by Parcelforce 24 so I paid no problem but didn't get any confirmation from the company so fired off an e-mail asking for confirmation, didn't get a reply, Wednesday the 11th no delivery so I phoned them no answer when to answer phone left a message asking for them to get back in touch. Get to last Friday the 13th no e-mails or phone calls back and no signs of any deliveries so send another e-mail asking what was going on. At this stage I'm thinking they could be on holiday over Easter even though there is nothing on the website about that.

Anyway this Monday still heard nothing so tried phoning again went to answerphone so I left another message and this afternoon when I got back in from work I phoned again this time it was answered, could hear music in the background I guess that it was a phone in a pocket that got answered by mistake as I said hello the phone was hung up, so I immediately phoned again this time rang and when to answerphone. Now personally I find all this highly suspicious of any reputable company would communicate some way with they customers decide better warm people and I found them on one of the other forums for UK peppers.

I send an e-mail telling them to cancel my order and contacted the credit card company to arrange a chargeback but it is a lot of hassle I just want to warn over people my experiences with http://www.surviveall.co.uk

I think most people here will have the odd 'bad supplier experience' lurking in the background. How far do the Mods want to take this ?

Thanks for this Hobo, can you let us know how this resolves if he posts any more. Obviously members can make up their own minds if they want to order or not, but is handy to know.
