yes, was discussing this on another forum, and we decided the most obvious place for the south west lot to meet up after TSHTF was Glastonbury Tor, probably sometime in early spring.

My personal opinion is that I would want to get to know the people I am planning to meet up with first to find out if I can trust them etc etc. From these meetings discussions could take place as to when and where a good meeting place would be post shtf or how messages could be sent and left.
I'm not sure I would want this info in the public domain to attract butters and basketcases.

I personally don't think a sub forum is needed.

Regular contribution to the forum is a good way to get to know people's viewpoints.

RV's are organised around the country to meet with other like minded people.

We look forward to reading your thoughts on the many issues discussed here! :D

With more people joining all the time, this becomes more do-able, it is my belief that to suceed for quite a few of us inner city people the more local the better chance of getting there, depending on the severity of the situation, sh1t would only have to hit the fan as a minor snow storm does in Plymouth to cause gridlock so far as by car goes, then on foot the longer you leave it the worse it gets to get around unhindered by others, at least for a while, I cant see government/police/army being anything other than a pain in the butt for the most part either.
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.
