We're John and Warren co-founders of the Doncaster based PermaFuture project.
We operate in an area where the internal borders of South, West and North Yorkshire come together, and which gives plenty of scope for both urban and rural prepping practices. Our project combines the principles and practices of permaculture, bush-craft, martial arts and appropriate technology to promote and encourage the values of self-reliance and self sufficiency. We aim to provide the tools, techniques and technology to help individuals (and their communities) achieve resilience, self-reliance and self sufficiency in their lives.

There's a meeting for Yorkshire preppers in Sheffield on 2 Nov (I think). I'm in Manchester but may well cross the hills to get there. I originally hail from West Yorkshire though.
