Most of it is frozen. Some is chilled. It's tricky to find dehydrated vegetarian food these days. I did find some vege burger/sausage mix online when Covid hit. It was from a collective, non-profit I think. I avoid soya anyway, now. So I have bought falafel mix, which is chickpea based.
