Cannabis for pain relief

Are any of you trying omega 3 oil for the arthritis? Studies suggest about 3g a day. I certainly notice if I forget to take it for a while.

I hope so too and it's good to know that you've gone the same direction. Between arthritis pain, chronic fatigue and sleepless early mornings, sometimes I don't know if I'm coming or going.

How are you getting on? It’s not like a sudden change you feel but when I seriously took them the last time, I noticed I had less pain after a few weeks. I still woke up with a bit of stiffness with the shoulder and knee but it wasn’t as severe as it previously was.

I’m trying to figure out if it’s the same this time, I’m doing around 15-25k steps a day at the moment so my knee is still tight at times…

I haven't started yet, to be honest - I've got a lot going on with decluttering and planting seeds in the house and clearing weeds for when I need to plant stuff out. I don't have the bandwidth, but I could really do with it - my feet, both my hips, and my right hand side collarbone, as well as my fingers, would thank me

Was backtracking through some old bookmarks and this thread popped up. Tried thc oil from Releaf last winter for my arthritic knee- could barely squat down. Within a week I was sleeping through the night without waking up stiff. No comparison to the usual paracetamol routine.

For no tablets pain relief we have a TENS machine it really helps.
