out on the bicycle today picked a recently killed Phesant up off the roadside and decided to bring it home for meat. I used to pluck them totally and roast them but now for speed and convenience i simply pluck the breast and legs then cut them off and casserole the meat.

love pheasant but i would have a job preparing it for the plate i prefer it when it comes in a nice neat little package from our local supplier

Just skin them - don't pluck - then cook in foil parcels
