More celery, courgettes and courgette flavoured chips dehydrated overnight.

Packed into kilner jars and vacuum sealed.
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.

Potatoes, lots of them :lol: they are so quick and I have a few packet mixes to reconstitute them into gratin potato so will try and see if I can then make my own mix.

Nice one on the Toms, I just buy all the reduced stuff and dehydrate that. 8-)

I seem to have built up a healthy surplus of stuff to dehydrate, I've got some mushrooms and peppers on the go with more peppers, onions and chillies to follow, we were passing Ikea today so got got another few 'council house' kilners to top up. All good on the dehydrating front. :D
