Never mind the guns, a quick skeg around Google suggests its a fiver for a pint so not a deal breaker. I'd be an easy sell on a timeshare on a bunker, Her Maj, not so much. :(

You have to have a licence from the police, have been a member of a shooting club for around 6 months, must be of good standing.
You own up to six hunting rifles, ten pistols or a combination of eight rifles and pistols.
There no legal carry law but you can transport unloaded secure guns with a valid reason (going hunting etc)
Thats what I'm told, I'm not sure if thats up to date though.

Well, they are similar to yours, but guns are more common here. I checked the statistics and the UK had 1,863,524 firearms registered in 2015 and we had 1,800,000. You are 64 million and we are just 10 million.

And I guess it's easier to get away with carrying a knife. You are allowed to carry knifes if you are going into the woods, and as 69 procent of the country is covered by forrests, you are never far from one and can tell the police that you are on your way there. But that excuse won't work if you are wearing high heels or are carrying a "rambo" knife. ;)

It gets worse, we kan only buy alcohol from one shop, Systembolaget, not in the grocery store and so on. 8-)

That is if you are shooting targets (had to use translate, so I don't know if it is correct). But if you want to go hunting, you just need a hunting licence.

Yes your right, for hunting you need a test for the licence (as I understand it) or did, I don't know if anything changed over the last few years though.

However, these have better ankle support

Sweden seems to have a more sensible approach to guns, knives etc..... What are the rules on homebrewing MissA?
