Re: Smoky BBQ Pulled Pork - Tinned
Nice taste, having 1/2 a tin with salad, will test my BS at 1, 2 and 3 hr intervals see the results.
If good; back to Tesco this evening to bulk buy.

Re: Smoky BBQ Pulled Pork - Tinned
So did Tesco get a trolley load of pulled pork purchased? I'm off there today and may pick up some to try, I'm type 2 also.
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.

BS levels hardly rose at all over a 3 hr period, dropped below initial reading by hour 4. Well chuffed.
Your mileage may vary though so best to check before a bulk buy.

Started off with a couple, will have some for lunch tomorrow and if we like it, get more to store.

Picked up a couple and got my wife testing it later, it's still on offer for a week so we'll have more if it's deemed any good.

I would Brambles, but each diabetic is different, and various carbs and fruits that spike my Blood Sugars would be fine for someone else.
It's a minefield out there, but self testing is working well, atm.
I am working my way through this list:
