1/4 cup milk made from powder and 1 exrta tbsp
1/4 cup s/r flour
2 tsp cocoa powder or drinking choc
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 and 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp veg oil
1 tbsp choc spread
1 extra tbsp choc spread in the middle when all mixed up it gives a choc goo in the middle
whisk all the dry add the wet
70 seconds on full power in the microwave for a 950 w also you can put it in the oven gas mark 4 until risen not sure for how long just mark 4 but looks a nice cake.
this one does not need eggs and is adapted to aim at using the stores
chocolate mug cake.

Mmmmm CAKE!
cant beat a microwave sponge be it chocolate / jam / treacle
2oz Self raising flour,
2oz marg / butter,
2oz sugar
1 egg
mix all together
if wanting jam or the like place a healthy blob in the bowl and lightly stir just before cooking or spoon mixture into a bowl with a blob at the bottom... (just beware it will be bloody hot when cooked)
Timings depend on bowl you use and power of microwave but somewhere between 2 1/2 mins -3 1/2 mins ish
then scoff the lot in one sitting
