Welcome back ;) take it nice and slow, one step at a time. When it becomes overwhelming, take a step back and a deep breath.

Welcome back,

I'm sure the majority of people have been overwhemled at some point in their lives. To quote (There's not enough hours in the day) . How about setting yourself 1 target a week in which to complete something in. But, the most important thing is to be HAPPY in all you do and to be Happy for you, and to ask for help if you need it. Just remember you're not alone, you've had some lovely replies already.

Love,

Tizzie

I felt the same as you but I made some lists and have made a start and feel better already. It's doing a bit at a time :)

You can get a gel insert that slips over a bike seat like a glove. Being bony parsed myself it helps me not bruise so much!

Welcome back, I wondered where you'd gone. remember prepping is something that you're 100% in control of. If prepping means a couple of candles and a box of cuppa soup, so be it, your still a prepper. From what I can remember of some of your past posts, you were a prepper anyway because of your life style and your attitude. Prepping is not just about having tons of tins of food and a fall out shelter, indeed I believe it's more a state of mind (though tons of food does help :) ) Take the advice already given, set your own speed at other things and keep your goals realistic for you. And if you take fright again, say so, we're all here to give support and advice if we can, we all need a little boost now and again. xx
