GSR Respirator

Post by ian_NI »

hi guys, does anyone know where i can lay my hands on the adapter that allows the S10 filters to be used on the GSR? filters for S10 are a lot cheaper to come by....i know the adapters exist as i have seen them but no idea where to buy them...

thanks... :?: :?:

The S10s are cheaper yeah, but last 1-2 hours in bad conditions, whereas the new filters will last all day... probably worth the extra dough =]

There is no need the s10 canister is comparable with the GSR, remove the current canister and using a screwdriver carefully remove the auto shutoff valve, this will reveal the screw threads.
No adapter needed.
Biggest downsides is you have to remove the shutoff valve allowing particulate contamination in if you don't carry out the drills correctly.
