i thought i was being quite restrained compared to my previous incarnations anyway i wasn't having a dig just having an(what i thought was a polite) exchange of views (with Matthopkins) which i thought went quite well.

I for one like having exchanges of views with people such as lonewolf as i find its those who are willing to express their views in a more colourful manner.
I, like him thought the exchange went well and didnt feel agreaved in anyway. What of his ways before i cant comment but lets try not let this become personal, lets take it for what it is.
