It's fantastic. I would move there tomorrow! Have you looked at any of the other houses that have been built? They are incredible!

Excellent, and some good advice on planning permision as well....now I just need to persuade MrsCC :D

Just show her the photos! I have been mulling over a move to a bigger city to help my career but I took one look at that darling little house and fell in love!

And - don't forget - YOU'RE the architect so if she wants a walk in wardrobe and a shoe cupboard....
