Hello (in a deep Welsh accent)...

Post by Chainsawman »

Been thinking about registering for some time, but dislike the idea of going public and being on a 'list'. Needless to say my email, and all details with it are false. But here we are, took the plunge as some of the topics being discussed have a few bit of incorrectness (nothing serious).
Been 'prepping' for some time now, despite living in a small Welsh village, also have smallholding some two miles away with wood, rivers and fields, I won't mention that again ever, just so's you know where I'm comming from.
Nice to see a UK site on this; so different to the US ones with guns, guns, ammo, guns and even more guns. Along with the bravado. And guns.
I imagine we'll get to know each other soon, be warned, a very good friend on my facebook thingy reckoned I was 'fiesty' (!), so if I come over that way it's not intentional. Hahaha...
Sincerely believe I will give you more than I will take.

But this is the problem:
There are some things you don't know that you need to know.

S'mae and Welcome! (Dont you just love google?!)

Look forward to seeing your corrections, unless it's correcting something I said... Then I reserve the right to sulk in the corner ;)

Iawn diolch. A chi? I take it 'area 12' is Wales. Does nobody worry about all this listing of preppers in areas? It must be watched by the 'authorities'.

mallie99, sulking in corners is a luxury.

The areas refer to an emergency communications network that we have set up. If members choose to join our emergency network they can simply advise what general area they are in - it doesn't have to be too specific.

Great idea damaralenoire. Perhaps a camping weekend to keep in the spirit of things!
