Greetings from South/West.

Evening all, I'm a prepper based mainly around the South West including South and West Wales.

I've been prepping for a good long while for various things but its only recently I've started to think about up-scaling some projects and I'm here probably for the same reasons most of you are, help, advice and support.

Ill be a bit quiet for a little while have a look and see how things are done around here and I'll start to contribute more as I get the hang of things.

Look forward to getting to know you all better soon.

No one thing in particular TBH. I'm a firm believer that if something bad can happen, then eventually, it will, so I've been working on things and having things ready for years (first aid kit, fire extinguisher etc in car. Toolkit, torches, batteries, canned food etc at home) but only recently discovered 'prepping' as a community and as a lifestyle.

What has kick-started me to make some more permanent measures is heavy flooding in my local area, I work away a lot and leave my wife behind so I want her to be okay. So we packed a flood bag with a few bits and pieces if we have to get re-located short notice.

That's when the slippery slope started...
