A calorific count up
Out of curiosity I totted up the kcals in our tinned and dried food stock today...was dismayed to reach a total of only 25000...enough for 2 people for 6 days, based on approx. 2000 kcals per day
(I didn't include what is in our fridge/freezer, already "on the go" or in our 72hr BOB). This afternoon I added a further 12000 kcals to stock...that's another 3 days...on the plus side our dog has enough food for 3 weeks

If it comes down to it, a little side salad and I'm sure the pedigree chum will be tempting after watching little fido stuffing his face for two weeks
Entirely certain that nothing is certain

Better quality meat than a big Mac .. years ago I worked at a cold store who auctioned stock..and pedigree chums buyer was prepared to bid more than the golden arch man.......
