Hello from Glasgow

Post by gemmamcdonald »

Hi All,

I'm a 23 year old woman living in Scotland who is looking for advice on how to start prepping!
I've always been intrested in prepping, especially when it comes to winter time and the roads/shops are closed due to the heavy snow my area gets. Also the thought of biological warfare terrifies me, so preparing for the worst would be beneficial for myself and my family.

But I know prepping is more than just stockpiling food and having extra blankets, it's skills that can help to save lifes.
And what I would like to know is what kind of tips can people give me, what kind of food are people stocking up on.
What survival skills do *you* have?
I've been watching lots of video's on youtube, so I know some of the basic stuff. I also know a lot of website's which are very helpful and I will share them on another post.

Thank's again :D xx
