POUND WORLD !!
It seems that our local Coventry Pound World has been restocked with camping equipment .. As well as torches , headlamps and tentpegs that caught my eye ..I was drawn to 20m of 4mm "rope" that Seems to have the same characteristics as para cord Has any body else seen this or am i on to a good buy. I doubt that its as strong but i might try a para cord bracelet tonight and see if it can be done with a cheaper alternative !!!!
Re: POUND WORLD !!
It's great stuff. My wife bought some and has made loads of para cord bracelets from it. It's good for repairing and fixing as well and is plenty strong enough. Some of the other camping equipment is brilliant also.

Re: POUND WORLD !!
well if its good enough for you .. its good enough for me !!!!!! never "made" a paracord bracelet, just looking at tutorials on youtube as we speak /.........
Re: POUND WORLD !!
I get alot of stuff from the pound shops when they get their camping stuff in.
The paracord they usually have is quite good for most things you'd want to use it for, I usually have loads of 550 around.
I'll be getting more of the collapsible water carriers, camping pans, glowsticks & the usual drugs.

Re: POUND WORLD !!
Instructables.com is great site for Paracord bracelets.
You can save the pictures & instructions and then print them out on an A4 piece of paper so you can make them at leisure away from your computer.
I put the paper on a clipboard and then use the clip of the clipboard to hold the buckle as I make the bracelet.
You can see the instructions as you make it and the clip acts like a third hand, happy days.
Be lucky (and edificated)
