The Preserving Book - Lynda Brown

Just to say this is a very comprehensive book ( at least for a newbie like me to home preserving) of the various methods of Kitchen Preserving from Natural Storage, Drying , Freezing , Sweet Preserves , Savoury Preserves ,Oil Preserves , Salting , Smoking and brewing and wine making.

A very useful book with well detailed recipes with easy to follow instructions , very useful indeed.
Worth getting and experimenting with the recipes I think.
