Hello from Sheltand

Post by Britcit »

Hello all,

Recently joined the forum and figured it'd be rude not to say hi.

Have been prepping a little on and off for the last few years since my wife and I moved here from East Anglia.
Mostly I prep for when it gets really windy and we all just hunker down. Power cuts occur regularly during the bad weather, popping to the supermarket is too dicey and there's always some damage to clear up afterwards.
Tescos gets cleared out quite quick when the boats can't sail, so we try not to run short on anything.

We keep chickens, grow veg and our pig is due for his trip to the abattoir in about 4 - 6 weeks.

I look forward to learning new things
Prepping for lifes little mishaps, and some of the bigger ones as well.
