Redundant reservoir

I came across this yesterday and thought, "Wow!". What potential!

An underground RC structure, already watertight...imagine what you could do with the space!

That's pretty cool. You'd need a chemical toilet or plumb in a cess tank, a better door and so on but that property has the benefit of looking so unassuming.

Ones just come up for sale near us. It's got full planning permission for a dwelling but is a bit smaller then this one and is currently at offers around £45k
