Anyhow...
instructions are on the bag 1 bag + 2 loaves and there was 1/2 a bag left.....
so ..
1/2 bag plus about 360ml of water and a drop of cooking oil (couldnt find any olive oil in the cupboard)
good stir
bit of plane flour for kneeding...

left to prove for 30 mins
knocked out then shaped... Made 3x Baps ( yes i said baps not barn cakes or rolls THEY ARE BAPS OK!)
then put the oven together since it needed 45 mins to prove


on the cooker with a few welding rods to hold it in place

and warm it up

separate tray of water in the bottom to steam it

30 mins later


bit of butter and Mmmmm

oh and the rest of the mix made a COB in the house oven

criss cross pattern came from a pastry brush and a dab of milk
