Hi to all, glad to have found this website and I hope to learn lots. I am a newbie to prepping but have come to the decision that leading my life this way is now a must by a very stubborn roundabout way, so luckily via what I have been reading and watching the last few months, I have a reasonable handle on what I need to prep for.

Trick with me is now the how, as with a lot of folk, I am working on the cheap at it through lack of choice otherwise but I do love to improvise so thats all good fun.

I live in Greater Manchester, on the Cheshire end, so I am lucky with regard to access to countryside.
However, I rent, so that defines a lot of my prepping options.
