Absolutely! If there's a short term offer, the timing is quite crucial - for lists from some US posters, I've found that mid to late evening is best - after 9pm, say.

Yes, they're available on Amazon UK. I use Google chrome with an extension that automatically redirects Amazon US links to the UK equivalent.
