Pretty simple really, you pay VAT and a handling charge, Itsy has already factored this in on the price, no probs!

I wouldn't worry too much. Recently I have had a few parcels from USA and they have all taken a while to get here. None of them incurred VAT and handling, so they are having to get the abacus out, well, go make another cuppa!

@ Itsy. Mr Mylar generally gives tracking no's. That should tell you where they are.
