New prepper from Essex

Post by docw »

Hi there,

new to prepping, but otherwise quite long in the tooth. Into the great outdoors anyway, but would like to learn more.

It will be great to talk to like minded people.

Hello and welcome.

Tell us a bit more, what got you into prepping, what are you prepping for etc.

Thanks for the welcome.

I have become more interested in prepping as it is easy to see that there will be a breakdown in society in the not too distant future. While I am into the great outdoors I am aware that I know too little about survival to ensure that me and mine have a chance when the time comes. I have plans to retreat to mid Wales when the time comes, but with my geographical location this may not be possible if events move too quickly. This in itself will cause further problems, as I dont see the possibility of bugging out in my part of the world, so its best to be as prepared as possible.
