Hello all my name is Matt. Been a member for a week or so just lurking in the background reading lots of great information.
I've been interested in prepping for a few years now but haven't done much about it! So thought I better had get started!
My idea for prepping is based on many things like fuel strikes, black-outs, burst pipes ect....
Love the site very useful and look forward to contributing.

Welcome to the forums Black-Hat,
To answer your question, this maybe due to your post count, I believe to send pm's and the like you have to have a minimum post count of 10 but I could be wrong.
