I get a lot from them. What best before was on the dried veg please. There's only 2 of us so don't want to buy too much if it has a short date.
I tried that name as a website and got offered the Domain.
Do you mean https://www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk ?

Long enough date for me!

Been making extra fence panels to give 2 new hens a bigger pen, until they can be integrated with my other chucks. Made some strawberry jam and blackcurrant juice. Started printing off a book I downloaded from the net. Picked some herbs and put them to dry.
Trying to figure out what things might become scarce, and stock up beforehand! ...now where is that crystal ball...? 😮

I have another week off,so I am catching up on jobs ( and fishing!) this week. The two main ones are renewing all the security lighting around the place and beefing up door/ gate security.

I've had a fencer come round for exactly this - reattaching the front gate, the original support fell off, and a side fence that collapsed gradually over the last few years. Neither of them will deter a person, but there was a small event last year around dogs on the rec. ground thats made me wary.

In my humble opinion, any well maintained fencing is a deterrent of sorts. For one thing, it shows a house is maintained and occupied.

I have just finished wiring in new/ replacement security lights. Mrs J. asked why I had added more? Well, ours is a large garden, and just this last week, we have had break ins nearby. And the clocks haven’t changed yet. Every little helps.

Know one thing been a forklift driver makes you a bloody good reverser compared to some of them down in Devon

Next big spend is going to be a android head unit for the car with built in sat Nav and reverse camera display (cd player had died)
If your roughing it, Your doing it wrong ;)

Lack of planning on your part doesn't make it an emergency on mine
